STREET FAIR: There are stalls available for this year's Horbury Craft and Street Fair on June 19 and 20. If you would like an application pack, please contact me. Applications from crafters would be most welcome. If you run a community group and would like a listing in the Street Fair booklet, please can you call or mail me with your group name, contact number, venue and day of the week that your group meets.

COMMUNITY COUNCIL: Members of the public are invited to attend the Community Council meeting on Monday, April 19 at 7.30pm in the Old Town Hall.

CIVIC: Horbury Civic Society is holding its monthly meeting in the Old Town Hall on Wednesday, April 21 at 7.30pm.

TRIP: The Royal British Legion, Horbury, Sitlington and Ossett branch have organised their annual day trip to Bridlington on Friday, May 28, not on the 8th as previously published. The coach departs at 9.30am in Horbury and the fee is £9 per person. You can book your seat now with John Lockwood on 01924 272976.
