COUNCIL bosses cannot say when the public will be told what is in store for the Grade II listed mansion house in Carr Lodge Park.
Three bids have been submitted from people wanting to buy the building.

A Wakefield Council spokeswoman said: “The council is currently considering the offers and assessing any impact they may have on the park.

“Our priority is to ensure that any sale agreement is in the best interests of everyone involved including the park and the local communty.”

She said the community would be told as soon as a decision was made.
